Renovation of a 10k square foot office space & built a new expansion addition. The project consisted of new site water distribution, new site drainage infrastructure, new paving, exterior walls were shored and relocated to give the space more square footage, new structural steel & foundation components, completely gutting the space by removing each interior wall, new plumbing infrastructure to the existing & expansion buildings, 100% new electrical & mechanical systems throughout, and all new finishes from the floors to roof.
