Renovation of a 10,000-square-foot office space, along with a new expansion addition. The project included new site water distribution, drainage infrastructure, and paving. Exterior walls were shored and relocated to increase square footage. Narcomey provided new structural steel and foundation components, completely gutted the interior, installed new plumbing infrastructure for both existing and expansion buildings, delivered 100% new electrical and mechanical systems throughout, and completed all new finishes from floors to roof.
